How fast can you actually come out?
Most weekdays we have same-day or next-day availability. Saturday slots tend to book 2 to 4 days ahead. If you need emergency service for a closing, water leak, or estate sale, call and we will work you in the same day whenever it is humanly possible.
How does pricing work?
We price by truck volume, not itemized math. After you send photos or meet us for a free on-site estimate, we give you a flat, all-in number that includes disposal fees, donation runs, labor, and taxes. You approve in writing by text before we pick up a single thing. No surprise upcharges at the curb.
Where does my stuff actually go?
Anything reusable, so furniture in good condition, working appliances, tools, and building materials, goes to Habitat for Humanity Restore, ARC Thrift, local shelters, or a few women's and veterans' nonprofits we have partnered with for years. Metals are recycled, electronics reach certified e-waste processors, and only what is genuinely at end of life reaches a transfer station. Every job includes a written donation summary.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Fully licensed in Colorado, carrying $2M in general liability, $1M in commercial auto liability, and full worker's compensation. Certificates of insurance available on request, and we are on the approved vendor list for most HOAs and property managers in Castle Rock, Castle Pines, and Parker.
Can you work inside a home without wrecking the floors?
That is the whole job, honestly. Every truck carries floor runners, furniture blankets, doorjamb pads, and felt glides. Our crews are trained to disassemble tight-fit sectionals and armoires, walk stairs with a partner on every heavy piece, and photograph the walkthrough before and after. Damage is rare. When it happens, we fix it, full stop.
What will you not take?
We cannot handle hazardous materials like paints, fuels, solvents, wet chemistry, asbestos, or medical waste. If we spot any during a quote, we point you to the right Douglas County or Tri-County Health facility. We also cannot take ammunition or loaded firearms. Nearly everything else is fair game.
